This is our 2010 MAX Award finalist. This was a two-stage remodel in which we did a master bedroom and bathroom addition in the rear and then came into the existing home to remodel the kitchen and living areas. Our clients lived with us in their home for 3 months during the process and were wonderful about it. |

This home is located in Hyde Park. We are currently still under construction on this project. We have added 740 SF to the home and completely remodeled the interior. The home was built in 1927 and we have tried to maintain the original feel of the home while still trying to make it flow more efficiently for our clients. This was a beautiful home before we started and will be incredible when it is complete. Feel free to come by and take a look. |

This addition included a 800+ SF game room added over a 25'x33' garage. This room included a full bar with sink, refrigerator, cabinets, high bar, granite countertops and a tankless water heater. It also had a 1/2 bath and a 300+ SF deck projecting from the rear of the addition. |
In this project, our focus was remodeling the kitchen and living area. We raised the ceiling height to 12' from 8' in the entire area. We also removed 2 walls that separated the kitchen from the morning area and the kitchen from the sun room. Then, we reconfigured the kitchen to include more cabinet space, a large island and a pantry that the kitchen did not have prior to the remodel. We installed maple cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring, recessed lighting and new carpet throughout the home. This project was completed in 5 weeks. |
The original garage was built in the 1950's and was on the verge of collapsing. We removed the existing structure and replaced it with a new 22'x25' two story garage. |
This kitchen remodel consisted of raising the ceiling, replacing the cabinets and countertops, adding recessed lighting and changing out all the windows in the home. This project took 5 weeks. |

This home was built for clients in The Preserve at Lakeway. It is a 3200 SF home with wood floors throughout and a beautiful view of the Hill Country. This home is available for viewing upon request. |

This home is located in the heart of Austin and was built in 1952. We removed several walls that partitioned off the kitchen from the living area, converted the single car garage to additional living space by raising the floor and created a pantry and large utility room. We kept the original wood floors and added on to them to keep the original charm. |
This home is located in Round Rock. The family needed a couple more rooms to fit their family, so we converted an existing bedroom into a gameroom and added two additional bedrooms on the back of the home. This project took 7 weeks. |
The kitchen was enlarged by converting to a tankless water heater and moving it into the attic. We also created an area for a stackable washer and dryer to allow for the expansion. A pocket door was used for the utility room to minimize the intrusion on both the kitchen and utility room. This project took 6 weeks. |
This is our lot for our next custom home. It is located within the Crystal Falls community in Leander. It has been ranked one of the top communities in the Austin area for two years. Come build our plan or we will design one for you. |

We are in the process of restoring this home back to it's original condition before the hurricane. The repairs, when complete, will involve the sheetrock, trim carpentry, paint, flooring and the entire roof that was damaged. |
This home was a victim of Hurricane Ike. After 5 foot of water, the home was stripped down to the frame. The reconstruction process is well under way. Completion estimated at the end of January. The homeowners will once again be able to return to their beloved Galveston. |
Repairs were completed after Hurricane Ike. This entire room was stripped down to the frame. We went in and replaced the insulation, sheetrock and trim. The windows were removed and a 6080 double door was installed. The room was painted and new wood floors installed. The homeowners will soon be ready for us to start their dream patio and pool. |

This home is what the clients want, but they just need a few items updated. The bathroom vanities, vanity tops and plumbing fixtures will be replaced and the bathtub will be refinished. Also, the doors on the existing storage areas will be changed to match the new vanities. Next, in an effort to maximize the use of natural light, a portion of the wall dividing the sun room from the family room will be opened and a new skylight will added to the bathroom. Finally, new doors will be added to complete the update. |
Our clients found a home they truly enjoy in a neighborhood they love. Now that they are moved in, they need a little updating to more suit their style and taste. We will be replacing the existing laminate tops with granite, changing out the backsplash, adding recessed lighting and painting several rooms. The "before" pictures will be coming soon. |
The scope of work on this project included: replacing plumbing fixtures, replacing the master shower, installing new flooring throughout the home, pressure washing the exterior, removing popcorn texture, installing recessed lighting, replacing vanity tops and repainting the entire home. Time was of the utmost importance since the home could not be shown until the remodeling is complete. The project was completed and the house placed on the market. Congratulations to my clients and their Realtor, Terri Romere. They knew how to accentuate the beauty of this home and it was sold within weeks. |

This remodel included a full kitchen remodel, partitioning a large room into a game room, an additional bedroom and an office with a view. |

Another victim of the notorious "Ike." With the roof lost, the interior did not stand a chance. We began this project February 3rd, 2009. The homeowner will be able to move back in to his completed home in 6-8 weeks. |
This fishing/weekend retreat suffered minimal exterior damage during Hurricane Ike, but the interior was not as lucky. The home has been in the family for years, and without question, the homeowners wanted to rebuild. The interior has been stripped down to the studs. Working as a team, Vogel Construction Services and the homeowners will modify and rebuild one of their most prized possessions, enabling this home to be passed down for generations to come. PHOTOS COMING SOON......... |
