Eric Vogel is a 1995 graduate of Texas A&M University.  He began his residential construction career in 1999 with Perry Homes in Houston, one of the most respected builders in Texas.  As a Project Manager, he oversaw the construction of hundreds of single-family homes and townhomes.  While there he perfected his skills for each phase of the planning and construction processes, resulting in quality homes built in an efficient manner, all while maintaining the highest standards for customer service and satisfaction.  In 2006, Eric became the Austin Division President for Perry Homes, and maintained his commitment for excellence in home building.  After developing the Austin Division into a very successful branch, he decided to get back to doing what he loved best-  helping individuals visualize, plan and create their dreams.  This led to the creation of Vogel Construction Services.

Mark Vogel is a 1995 graduate of Lubbock Christian University.  He began his residential construction career in 1999 as a Project Manager for Perry Homes in Houston.  Rising quickly through the ranks as one of the top Project Managers, Mark was promoted to Division President in Houston of one of the largest and most successful  divisions in the company.  His success came from his dedication to providing quality homes for all of his clients, and developing personal relationships with them.  His priority has always been putting the homeowner first, and ensuring that each and every one was completely satisfied with their investment.  After years of success in the Division President role, he made the decision to pursue his dream of helping individuals on a more personal level and actively assisting every client in achieving their dreams.

Together, Eric and Mark have created Vogel Construction Services.  They have put their name on the company to assure each and every client that their project will be managed professionally, and held to the highest standards of workmanship and quality.  As a satisfaction guarantee, Vogel Construction Servies offers a 2-year warranty that exceeds even new home construction standards.

Due to the tremendous response we have received from our clients, we have added two new project managers to our staff to ensure that each project is handled with the attention that it deserves.  Stephen Kendrick has joined our Houston office after years of service with Perry Homes as a Project Manager.  Seth Prince has joined our Austin office with a background in Project Management.
